System Monitor
How is my board doing?
The System Monitor gives you a clear picture of your board at a glance. It gathers everything over the secure connection and lays it out in tidy sections, so you can check that all is well without typing a single command.
What it shows
- Processor — how hard the board is working, colour-coded green, orange or red so problems jump out.
- Memory — how much memory is used and how much is free, also colour-coded.
- Network — the board's network connections and details.
- Tasks — the things it is running right now.
- Uptime & last update — how long the board has been running and when the readings were last refreshed.
Check on your board
- Open your board from Remote and choose System Monitor.
- Give it a moment to load the readings over the connection.
- Look through the sections for the processor, memory, network and running tasks.
- If something looks off — a task using far too much — you can tidy it up with the Intelligent Terminal.
