That growth is something to be proud of — and it brings with it new demands on engineering leadership, architecture, code quality, and team coordination.
Harald joins at exactly the right moment. His role is to lead the development team: setting engineering direction, ensuring platform quality and performance, mentoring engineers, and driving the technical roadmap that will carry awaBerry through its next phase of growth.

Harald brings extensive experience in platform engineering and distributed systems, with a particular depth in secure infrastructure and developer tooling. He has led engineering teams at multiple technology companies, and he understands what it takes to build software that is both technically excellent and genuinely useful in production environments.
