Summary
Classification is what keeps the board useful: every incoming email is rated by an AI model as either important (pinned to the board) or promotional (kept off it). You can override the AI with two simple lists — a whitelist of senders that are always important and a blacklist of senders that are always promotional — and you can mark senders as favourites. The classification overlay (opened from the board's filter/classification icon) also shows your top senders, the promotional pile, and daily usage and statistics, so you can see how your mail is being handled.
Features
- AI rating — each email is classified important or promotional by the configured AI model (see AI Model Setup); only important emails become stickers.
- Whitelist — Always Important — add sender addresses that should always be pinned, regardless of the AI's opinion.
- Blacklist — Always Promotional — add sender addresses that should never be pinned; the sticker's "block" action adds senders here automatically.
- Add addresses — type an address (e.g.
sender@example.com) and tap Add; Save settings persists the lists.
- Favourite senders — starred senders are always treated as important and can be filtered to on the board.
- Top senders — the people who email you most, with quick actions to write, copy the address, or blacklist them.
- Promotional pile — review what was filtered out and reclassify anything the AI got wrong.
- Usage charts & statistics — daily LLM calls and emails classified, token usage per day, and overall statistics; reachable from the classification overlay.
