User

Your awaBerry account in one place — language, the password that protects your secure connections, today's usage, your stored data, support, and removing awaBerry if you ever need to.

User

Your account, kept simple

The User area is where you look after your account. There are no plans to pick and nothing to pay — awaBerry is free for home use. Here you set your language, protect your secure connections, see how much you've used today, review the data awaBerry holds for you, find help, and — if you ever need to — remove awaBerry or your account.

What you'll find here

  • Account — your email address and a Logout button. To change your password, log out and use the "Forgot password" link to set a new one.
  • Language — choose the language awaBerry speaks; it changes straight away.
  • Device key password — awaBerry uses a private key to encrypt the link to your boards. You can set a password that protects this key, and optionally let awaBerry remember it so your connections unlock automatically. Keep this password safe — it can't be recovered for you.
  • Today's usage — a friendly summary of what you've used today, so there are never any surprises.
  • Your stored data — see and download everything awaBerry keeps for your account, so you're always in control of your information.
  • Support — a link to this manual, plus contact, report-a-bug and report-abuse forms.
  • Danger zone — remove awaBerry from a device, or permanently delete your account and all its data. These can't be undone.

A few common tasks

  1. Change your language: open User, pick your language from the list — the app updates immediately.
  2. Protect your connections: in Device key password, switch it on and set a password. Choose whether awaBerry should remember it for you.
  3. Review your data: in Your stored data, open the report to see and download what's held for your account.
  4. Get help: in Support, open this manual or send a message through the contact form.
  5. Remove awaBerry: in the Danger zone, follow the uninstall steps, or delete your account entirely if that's what you want.
