Page Functionalities

Licence Overview

  • Licence Information Section: At the top, you'll see an icon resembling a badge and the word "Licence", indicating the purpose of this section.
  • Status Indicators:
    • "Expired" label: This red badge appears if your licence is no longer active.
    • "Trial Phase" label: This blue badge indicates that you are currently using a trial version of the licence.
    • "Active" label: This blue badge confirms that your licence is currently active.

Licence Details

  • Licence Name and Category: Displays the specific name of your licence (e.g., "Standard", "Pro") and its usage category. This could be "Commercial Usage", "Private Usage", or for special 'Connect' licences, it will show "with apiKey and apiSecret".
  • Validity Period: You'll see text like "Valid until" followed by the exact date when your licence is set to expire.

Manage Subscription

  • "Manage Subscription" Button: This button allows you to access an external portal where you can update your subscription details, change your plan, or cancel your subscription.
  • Availability: Please note, this button is not available for "Connect" type licences, which are managed through different methods, such as API keys.
  • Loading Indicator: When you click this button, a loading indicator will temporarily appear on your screen while the system securely prepares the link to the external portal. This ensures you know the request is being processed.

Possible errors which may occur on this page

"No licence yet available" message

This message appears if no licence information can be loaded for your account, or if you haven't yet acquired any licence. Please ensure you are logged in correctly and that your account has associated licence data. If the issue persists, contact support for assistance.

"Manage Subscription" button is missing for Connect Licences

If you have a "Connect" type licence (which you can identify by the category "with apiKey and apiSecret"), the "Manage Subscription" button will not be present. This is not an error but a design choice, as Connect licences are managed differently, typically through API keys or specific platform settings rather than an external subscription portal.

External Subscription Portal fails to load after clicking "Manage Subscription"

After clicking the "Manage Subscription" button, a loading indicator appears temporarily, but the external portal does not open, or an error page is shown in your browser. This could be due to temporary internet connectivity issues, a problem with the external portal itself, or an inability to securely generate the required link. Try again after a few moments or check your internet connection. If the problem continues, please report it to support.
