Possible errors which may occur on this page

Understanding potential issues can help you troubleshoot if something doesn't go as expected:

  1. Bespoke Installer Option is Inactive:

Error: You want to create a custom installer, but the "Create a bespoke installer for my new device" tile is grayed out and cannot be clicked.

Reason: This occurs because there are limits on how many custom installer requests you can have at one time. The message "Note: there may be only one uncompleted bespoke build ticket at a time and max three in total." will appear, explaining the restriction.

Solution: You will need to wait until existing custom installer requests are completed or canceled before you can create a new one. In the meantime, you can still proceed with the "Installer downloaded from awaBerry.com" option if you have already downloaded an installer, or download one via the provided link.
