Running a home lab has always involved disproportionate networking complexity just to access your own hardware from outside your home. Dynamic DNS needs to be configured and kept current. Port forwarding rules need to be opened — each one a potential attack surface. Self-signed certificates generate browser warnings. Step 1 — Install the Agent and Create a Project

Install the awaBerry agent on your device. Create an Agentic API project, assign the device, define your folder scope and command allowlist. No router configuration required.

Step 2 — Call From Anywhere

From any browser, script, or mobile app: POST to the Agentic API with your Project Key and Secret. The connection tunnels through awaBerry to your home device automatically — no public IP needed.

Step 3 — Share Temporarily, Revoke Instantly

Create a project per person for temporary shared access. Delete the project when done — no user account to clean up, no SSH key to revoke. Access is gone the moment you delete.

Raspberry Pi GPIO & Script Control

A mobile app sends a command to execute a Python GPIO script on the Pi. The Pi executes and returns the result. No public IP, no DDNS, no port 22 exposed.

Wake-on-LAN Proxy

An always-on Pi runs the awaBerry agent. From anywhere, call the API to trigger a WoL magic packet to wake your main workstation — no public-facing infrastructure required.

Scheduled Home Lab Maintenance

A Cloudflare Worker cron calls the API nightly to prune Docker images, renew Let's Encrypt certs, run updates, and sync backups to cloud storage — fully automated.
